Our premium quality vouchers are printed with gold foil on luxurious black card and wax-sealed by hand for an added sense of mystery. If you are looking for a last-minute gift, our pdf vouchers are a great option and can be either printed at home or emailed to the recipient.
Physical vouchers will be posted or available for pickup the following business day at the latest. Please contact us if you need to pick up the voucher sooner.

Voucher T&Cs
1. Redemption of gift voucher
1.1 A gift voucher may be redeemed for goods or services purchased from The Curium Experience
1.2 If the price exceeds the balance of the gift voucher the voucher holder must pay the difference using another payment method.
1.3 No change will be given, and any balance on the gift voucher may only be used in whole or in part against future purchases.
2. Expiry Date
2.1 Gift vouchers expire 3 years from the date of issue
2.2 Any balance remaining on a gift voucher after the expiry date will not be able to be redeemed by the gift voucher holder
2.3 A gift voucher cannot be re-activated at any time
3. Exclusions
3.1 A gift voucher cannot be reloaded, used for cash advances or redeemed for cash.
3.2 A gift voucher cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers
3.3 A gift voucher cannot be exchanged for a different brand, denomination or type of gift voucher
4. Lost or stolen gift vouchers
4.1 A gift voucher must be treated as cash as it will not be reissued, refunded or honoured if lost or stolen.
4.2 A gift voucher will only be reissued, refunded or honoured where the gift voucher is shown to be faulty or damaged due to the fault of the issuer, or where there has been a breach of any condition or warranty implied under Australian Consumer Law
